RETURN & EXCHANGES

Return Policy
At EKAKI, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 2-3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, sale items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return exclusions.
